The glyph is a narrow version of the glyph Glifo para U+30C3 Katakana Letter Small Tu. Accordingly, its width in East Asian Text is halfwidth. In bidirectional text it is written from left to right. When changing direction it is not mirrored. This katakana joins with other adjacent katakana to form a word. U+FF6F prohibits line breaks before its position. There are some exceptions, though.
